As you start your journey, the first thing you should do is throw away that store-bought map and begin to draw your own. – Michael Dell
Many of my seniors opt for a two location experience, and those are always a lot of fun. Jessica opted for downtown Flagstaff, with it’s funky and urban vibe and the wild and untamed Aspen Corner, up on the San Francisco peaks. I love the diversity of both locations, and with some careful planning of a timeline, both are doable in one day.
It was great to spend time with Jessica and learn about her goals and aspirations. I know this young lady is headed for great success and greatness. Congrats!
Flagstaff is located near the center of Northern Arizona at the juncture of Interstate 17 and Interstate 40, about 150 miles north of Phoenix, AZ and 80 miles south of the Grand Canyon. Elevation of San Francisco Peaks: Humphreys Peak is the highest point in Arizona at 12,633 feet (3,851 meters). Downtown Flagstaff is a fun place! With unique shopping, lodging, dining, and some of the best art, entertainment, events and education in the region, Downtown Flagstaff offers authentic experiences for everyone.
Aspen Corner is located in the San Francisco Peaks, the largest range of mountains in the state of Arizona. It’s also included in the Coconino National Forest. It’s the launching place for many trails including the Arizona Trail.
