Jerome Naleski was one of the first entrepreneurs I met when I first moved to Flagstaff. He created a group, called the Elevated Achievers, and we met once a week for a few years. Members would come and go, but Jerome was always the leader pushing us to never give up on ourselves or our dreams. Once he told me that I could do anything I wanted, even though at the time, it seemed impossible. “Why not?” he said and then he proceeded to give me ideas on how I could take baby steps to success. Those baby steps seemed obtainable and sure enough, step by step, those dreams materialized as if by magic. I wonder if Jermone will ever know just how many people he has inspired to be the best version of themselves?
